The Player stopped working.

Check to see that the device is properly connected to the power source, and that the HDMI cable is pluged both to the device and to the screen. After connections are checked, reset the device. If the problem persists, contact us by chat or by mail to support@nuvelar.com.

The Player can't connect to the Internet.

Verify that you are using the right WiFi user and password, and that your router or firewall is not filtering the MAC address of your device. If the problem persists, contact us by chat or by mail to support@nuvelar.com.

The Player doesn't sync the new media.

If the player is assigned to the actual saved playlist you are expecting to deliver, then check your Internet connection. If the problem persists, contact us by chat or by mail to support@nuvelar.com.

The Player doesn't start.

The screen is stuck in Android's boot screen.

In the applications menu of your device, start the Nuvelar application. If the problem persists, contact us by chat or by mail to support@nuvelar.com.

I can't log into the system.

Check to see that you are using your correct username and password. Reset your password in case you forgot it. If the problem persists, contact us by chat or by mail to support@nuvelar.com.

I can't see posts from previous days on social networking resources.

Check the configuration menu of the resource, and turn off the "Show only today's tweets\" option.

A Resource from the Playlist isn't showing on screen.

The resource is likely to be in the downloading process. If after some minutes the problem persists, contact us by chat or by mail to support@nuvelar.com.

RSS resources aren't showing anything.

Check that your are using the right URL for the resource in your web browser. If the problem persists, contact us by chat or by mail to support@nuvelar.com.

I can't add more Players.

You probably reached the limit allowed by your license agreement. Contact us to arrange further upgrades of your license.
